Purpose
This page records dated corrections and version notes for SGT Lab publications, including bibliographic metadata, disclosure statements, and release notes where applicable.
Corrections are recorded as additive entries. Prior versions remain part of the public record; we do not silently replace or backdate records.
What can be corrected here
This page records integrity-related corrections and version notes. Examples include:
- Bibliographic metadata: title, issue identifier, publication date, version label, DOI/ISSN references (where applicable)
- Disclosure statements: fieldwork dates, sample size references, panel/source description, weighting notes, limitations text
- Release notes: description of what changed between versions of a publication record or disclosure block
- Clerical fixes: typos and formatting issues that may affect interpretation
How substantive corrections are handled
This page is not a forum for narrative reframing or requester-driven reinterpretation. Where a material error is identified (e.g., calculation, coding, weighting, or processing error), a corrected release may be issued as a new version with a dated note describing what changed and why.
Substantive corrections, if issued, are documented as versioned releases and do not overwrite prior versions without preserving the change record.
What remains outside scope
The following remain outside scope for this page:
- Reframing results for a requester’s preferred narrative
- Custom analysis presented as decision outcomes
- Advice, recommendations, or prescriptive guidance
- Legal, regulatory, compliance, certification, or audit determinations
How version notes are recorded
Each entry follows a fixed structure so that third parties can understand what changed, why it changed, and which record it affects.
- Date (JST): the date the correction note is posted
- Record affected: URL of the issue record or relevant page
- Version label: the version identifier before/after (if applicable)
- Change summary: a brief description of what changed
- Reason: why the change was necessary
- Scope: metadata / disclosure text / formatting / calculation correction (not narrative)
- Prior version reference: link or reference to the prior version record (e.g., v1.0)
Where a correction affects a publication record, the issue record is updated with a version label, and this page preserves the dated change note as the public record.
Current status
As of 2025-12-29, no public errata entries have been posted. When corrections are issued, entries will appear below in reverse chronological order.

本ページは、SGT Lab刊行物に関する訂正（errata）と版管理の更新履歴を、日付付きで記録するためのものです。 訂正は追記として記録し、過去版を無言で差し替えたり、日付を遡って書き換える運用は行いません。
結果訂正（計算・処理ミス等）が必要な場合
本ページは、依頼者都合の言い換えやナラティブ改変のための場ではありません。 ただし、計算・コーディング・ウェイト適用・処理手順等の重要な誤りが確認された場合は、 変更内容と理由を日付付きで記録したうえで、新しい版として訂正版を公開することがあります。

各エントリは、第三者が「何が」「なぜ」「どの記録に」発生した訂正かを理解できるよう、固定の項目で記録します。
- 日付（JST）：訂正ノートの掲載日
- 対象記録：該当ページ（Issue record等）のURL
- 版ラベル：訂正前後の版識別子
- 変更概要：何が変わったか
- 理由：なぜ必要だったか
- 範囲：書誌情報／開示文／体裁／計算訂正（ナラティブ改変ではない）
- 旧版参照：旧版（v1.0等）への参照（リンクまたは参照情報）
現状：2025-12-29 時点では、公開済みの訂正エントリはありません。 訂正が発生した場合は、本ページに新しい順で追記します。
