Purpose
This page maintains dated public records of corrections, version notes, and material explanatory updates affecting SGT Lab publications and related documentation.
The purpose is to preserve the integrity of the publication record by making it possible to distinguish:
- corrections to published data or calculations,
- publication revision changes,
- measurement-specification changes, and
- updates to explanatory or terminology language that do not alter the underlying published results.
Corrections and version notes are recorded as additive entries. Prior published versions remain part of the public record. SGT Lab does not silently replace historical publication records or backdate corrections.
Types of changes recorded
Entries on this page may include the following categories.
Correction of a calculation, coding, aggregation, weighting, processing, or other error affecting published numerical results.
A new released publication version identified by a revision label such as Rev.01, Rev.02, etc.
A material change to measurement definitions, scales, question specifications, or other controlled methodology, identified through a new Spec ID where applicable.
Correction of bibliographic metadata, fieldwork information, disclosure text, URLs, identifiers, or similar publication-record information.
Clarification or alignment of explanatory language that does not change the underlying survey data, numerical results, or historical publication version.
Correction of typographical, formatting, or presentation issues, particularly where interpretation could otherwise be affected.
Versioning model
Publication revisions, measurement specifications, and website explanatory updates are treated as separate records.

A website documentation update does not automatically create a new PDF revision or measurement specification. Where data, calculations, or published figures are changed, the applicable publication revision record will explicitly state that change.
How substantive corrections are handled
If a material error is identified in published data, calculation, coding, aggregation, weighting, or processing, the affected publication may be released as a new revision.
The correction record should identify:
- what was incorrect,
- what was changed,
- why the correction was necessary,
- which figures, tables, pages, or conclusions were affected, and
- whether the measurement specification itself changed.
Prior versions are preserved as part of the publication record where technically and legally feasible.
Outside scope
The following are not treated as corrections:
- Reframing results to support a requester’s preferred narrative
- Changing definitions, scales, or aggregation rules to obtain a preferred result
- Custom analysis presented as a decision or compliance outcome
- Advice, recommendations, or prescriptive guidance
- Legal, regulatory, compliance, certification, audit, approval, or assurance determinations
Change-note format
Public entries use a structured format so that third parties can determine what changed, why it changed, and which record was affected.
- Date (JST): date the change note was published
- Record affected: affected publication, issue record, methodology page, or other public record
- Change type: data correction / publication revision / specification change / metadata / explanatory terminology / clerical
- Version or identifier: relevant Rev., Spec ID, or other identifier where applicable
- Change summary: what changed
- Reason: why the change was made
- Impact: whether published data, numerical results, figures, interpretation, or methodology were affected
- Prior-version reference: link or reference to the affected prior record where applicable

Change summary:
Web explanatory terminology was aligned with the measurement structure
used in the published 2025 J-HAB issue.
J-HAB is now consistently described as organizing
self-reported responses
across three measurement domains:
Spatial Context,
System Behavior, and
Data Governance.
The web documentation was also clarified to state that Reluctance (R5) is a core measure within J-HAB, while domain-specific self-report measures are used where appropriate, including Permission / human-intervention requirement (AP4), Sensitivity Expectation (S5), Reassurance (AS5), Retention Allowance (RA5), and Consent (CN5).
Reason:
To remove ambiguity in earlier website language
that could be read as treating Reluctance
as the sole measured construct across all J-HAB domains,
and to align public explanatory pages with the measurement structure
already reflected in the published issue.
Impact:
No change was made to
the underlying 2025 survey responses,
published numerical results,
figures, tables,
Rev.01 PDF,
or J-HAB Spec 2025.1.
This entry records an explanatory and terminology alignment only.

本ページは、SGT Lab刊行物および関連する公開文書について、 訂正・版更新・重要な説明文変更を 日付付きで記録するための公開履歴です。
「PDFの改訂版」 「測定仕様の変更」 「Web上の説明・用語の変更」 は同じものとして扱わず、 それぞれを区別して記録します。
Rev.01、Rev.02等。 公開されたPDF・刊行物そのものの版を識別します。
J-HAB Spec 2025.1等。 測定定義、尺度、設問仕様等の統制された測定仕様を識別します。
公開サイト上の説明・用語・開示文等の変更です。 これだけではPDFのRev.や測定Specが変更されたことを意味しません。
2026-09-25 の更新について
J-HABの公開Webページについて、 測定体系と用語の説明を統一しました。
J-HABは、 空間文脈（Spatial Context）、 システム挙動（System Behavior）、 データガバナンス（Data Governance） の3つの測定領域で自己申告の反応を整理する枠組みであることを明確化しました。
また、 Reluctance（R5／抵抗感）は J-HABにおける主要な測定概念の一つであり、 領域に応じてAP4、S5、AS5、RA5、CN5等の 自己申告尺度も用いることを明確化しました。
この更新によって、 2025年調査の回答データ、 公開数値、図表、 PDF Rev.01、 J-HAB Spec 2025.1 は変更していません。
